I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The room was surprisingly spacious and had a lovely Bavarian feel with its traditional furniture and comfortable double bed. The breakfast included was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality products. The hotel's location in a quiet suburb was perfect for a peaceful stay, and it was conveniently situated near a Greek restaurant, which was a real treat after a long day of exploring.
All in all, everything was simply wonderful.

I'll be back. Indoor swimming pool, location, price-performance ratio, breakfast - everything good! Detailed suggestions for improvement see other field.
Suggestions: The problem that not exactly the room equipment was available that I had booked was quickly solved. This was possible because I arrived early in the afternoon. A big bed for 1 person is NOT two single beds for 1 person. I am afraid that I would not have got what I wanted and booked if I had arrived "just before". The darkening by curtains is - like in many Bavarian hotels by the way - insufficient. Roller shutters would be better. Sunlight from 5 o'clock in the morning is not so nice in summer, if you want to sleep in. And one more hint: The TV set was perfectly placed, namely directly at the foot end of the bed. Super. Unfortunately, the device cannot play films brought along by USB stick, only pictures and music. This is a pity, as the TV program in the region is very mediocre. A more modern device would be nice.

The breakfast was varied with many variations. We came after 8 o'clock for breakfast, unfortunately there were almost only white flour rolls. We would have wished a little more choice of rolls. On request we had found a grain bar. The coffee from the coffee machine was very excellent. The personnel - no matter if reception, breakfast room, kitchen or room service - was very friendly. We had hail damage to our car during the storm and had to extend the repair by one night because of the time it took. This was possible without any problems. The swimming pool is highly recommended, a real pleasure. A shower curtain in front of the showers - because the cabins are visible from the pool and are not separated for men and women - would be desirable. Also a few hooks for the towels. The Greek restaurant at the hotel is highly recommended. A rich menu, very tasty dishes, extremely friendly staff, warm atmosphere. Current magazines in the foyer, which can also be taken to the room. Sufficient free parking spaces at the hotel. Convenient connection to public transport. Bus stop for the S-Bahn right in front of the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the dining room for breakfast. The breakfast itself was very good, more variety than one would normally see at such a hotel. The Greek restaurant next door was definitely a plus, for convenience and for the excellent food. the room was comfortable, clean and just right for a one-night stay.
Nothing to dislike

We had a great stay at this hotel with spacious rooms, helpful staff, and a delicious breakfast with a wide range of options. The location was perfect as it was near a Greek restaurant and within a 10-15 minute walk to the train station, making transportation around the city easy.
Couldn't fault anything.

Fair price, very nice breakfast, very friendly staff, quiet, relatively well situated for travellers depending on public transport (20 min walk to S-Bahn station)
The television and some plugs didn't work but that was not essential for me
